Anatomate's Spine: Diseases & Treatment is a patient management, presentation, and informed consent app for Spine practitioners.  The project is a desktop app, built in Java for deployment on Windows and Mac OSX. The limitations of desktop Java presented a unique set of interface design constraints.

These are just a few of the seventy plus screens in the application. The last image shown here is for the separate patient app used to receive and view information sent by the practitioner from the first app.
